  Okay here's the good, the bad and the ugly on Indian Trail Apartments. I stayed there for almost 3 years. For the price, you can't beat Indian Trail. It's a very good value for your dollar. That being said, it's nothing fancy. It is a great starter place for me. I never had any problems with management, but I like to think I was an ideal renter, always paid rent on time, the apartment was pretty tidy, I didn't break anything. Sometimes getting a hold of management on the phone can be difficult, but they were accommodating when you walked in. Parking SUCKS there. If your a resident, you have reserved spaces, however S&S towing will look for any excuse to tow your car and charge you $400 to tow. Visitor parking spots fill up quickly and your visitors might have a long walk if they're lucky to find a visitor spot. Last thing is they will want to enter your apartment at least 5 times over the course of a year for inspections. Most of these inspections are done by the county, but it always seems like they're going to find some other excuse to come inside and inspect your unit, including pre-inspection inspections, which got really annoying.

  The bad: parking and many inspections
  
  The ugly: the police always seem to be going to the front units, and it sometimes seems like sketchy stuff is happening near those front units.
