  Great people work here!!! I see so many negative comments below, but what it comes down to is that the people are kind and have regulations they must follow. My packages come quickly, and they even go out of their way to find out what happened with the delivery if it did not make it. I had one package re-delivered to my house personally by another postal worker because it was delivered to an address across the street. This is a great place

  Every time I usually come here it's pretty fast and I'm usually in and out in a timely fashion. I don't have anything bad to say about the customer service here. If you need to mail something from this office you shouldn't have any problems.

  Absolutely terrible delivery service. I rent a room in a townhouse from a lady who is a retired Addison postal worker, so I get to hear all the details. It’s a small post office and they often have to use substitutes for either sorting mail or delivering it when the more senior employees take vacations. The subs are the main problem with the delivery issues. They rarely want to knock on doors to deliver a package and far too often leave small packages in the wrong mail box. I still never got the Christmas card my mom sent me a year ago. I’m sure it was delivered, just not to me. I am always getting my neighbors’ mail as well. It’s not always for the same neighbor either.
  
  They get one star as I have never had issues sending mail, but I take away the other 4 stars because they don’t always do what they are supposed to do.....DELIVER MY F***ING MAIL......TO ME!!!
